WORK WITH SIGNSPOT

Know the next step before the first sign is made.

A practical process from your first photographs to the approved signage scope, led by designer and owner Shabbir Mohammed.

FROM BRIEF TO APPROVED WORK

A clear sequence, with useful decisions at each stage.

The photographs below show completed project examples. Each illustrates the type of setting or design decision discussed.

Show us the setting

Start with a photo of your vehicle, frontage or interior, the message customers should notice and your preferred timing. Rough dimensions are enough to begin a conversation.

Develop the design and scope

SignSpot considers the useful viewing points, lettering hierarchy, surface, coverage and practical access. Where new brand identity or broader graphic design is needed, our parent company Vivid Icon can support that work.

Review before production

Check the artwork proof and the quoted specification, including wording, sizes, colours, materials, quantity, preparation and supply or installation responsibilities. Confirm approvals and the agreed programme before work proceeds.

PRODUCTION, INSTALLATION & CARE

Confirm the practical details in the quotation.

Materials, access, property or vehicle availability and specialist work affect the programme. Review the agreed supply or installation scope, then retain the care information and approved artwork for later updates.

For an urgent date, share the deadline at the start. Availability must be confirmed for your actual project.

A USEFUL WAY TO COMPARE QUOTES

Compare the scope before comparing the price.

A sign’s finished size is only part of the job. These starting points help explain what changes as the scope grows. They are scope comparisons, not fixed-price packages.

01 · FOCUSED IDENTIFICATION

One clear message

Selected vehicle lettering, a window logo, a panel sign or one portable display.

  • Prioritise business identity and the essential information.
  • Confirm size, quantity, artwork and the suitable surface.
  • Ask whether the quote is supply-only or installed.
02 · A CONNECTED APPLICATION

One vehicle or premises

A partial-wrap approach, coordinated frontage or branded reception with related signs.

  • Plan how the layout changes between surfaces.
  • Include preparation, finishing, fixings and access.
  • Confirm any removal and installation downtime.
03 · A COORDINATED ROLLOUT

Several vehicles or spaces

A fleet identity, relocation or related exterior and interior signage.

  • Agree artwork variants and the order of work.
  • Plan staged vehicle or property availability.
  • Keep approved specifications for future additions.

What your quotation should make clear

Design and artwork · materials and finish · dimensions and quantity · supply or installation · access equipment · removal and preparation · delivery · GST treatment · timing and approvals · care information and applicable warranty terms.

A fixed budget or opening date is useful to share early. SignSpot can assess what is achievable for the actual brief; price and availability are confirmed in your quotation.
