THE VISIBILITY NEED
Making the right information noticeable
These images show two different visibility applications: a customer-facing office entrance and a typographic message inside the Ormiston workplace. They are presented as a client collection, not as proof that both images show the same premises.
SIGNSPOT’S DESIGN RESPONSE
Hierarchy, contrast and placement
The exterior view combines the Ray White identity above the glazing with a yellow entrance door and a matching portable open sign. Property listings remain visible through the window, with small geometric graphics arranged along its lower edge. The interior image uses black wall lettering on a pale concrete surface, varying word size and weight to give the message a clear reading order. Together, the examples show branding for arrival and typography for an internal environment.
COMPLETED SIGNAGE
The finished signage solution
SignSpot’s completed work addresses both public-facing recognition and interior message visibility. The applications share a client group while retaining separate descriptions of their locations and purposes.

Ray White office entrance and portable sign
The portable sign extends the entrance message onto the customer approach. Above it, the fascia identity and yellow door connect the frontage, while the property listings retain their own window display area.

Ray White Ormiston interior typography
Changes in word size and weight create a deliberate reading sequence. The lettering uses the wall itself as the background, giving the internal message presence without adding a separate rectangular sign panel.
