THE PROJECT STORY
Establishing a professional electrical business
When Jason established LUX Electrical, he approached SignSpot and Vivid Icon for a complete brand identity. The identity needed to work wherever customers encountered the business: on the road, at a job site and during a client meeting.
KEY DESIGN DECISIONS
Designing a consistent business presence
The logo, colour guidelines and typography were applied to coordinated vehicle graphics with a restrained palette and considered placement. The same identity extended to signboards, printed apparel and premium business cards, with consistent logo use, colours and typography connecting applications of very different sizes.
COMPLETED WORK
An ongoing branding relationship
The design system provided a foundation for additional fleet vehicles as LUX Electrical expanded. This records continued use of the identity without claiming that the signage caused the business or fleet growth.
Jason reported positive feedback about the designs and continues to recommend SignSpot to his business contacts.
Premium Avery/3M vinyl, digital printing and lamination.

LUX Electrical side-panel van design
The side-focused rear angle shows the oversized LUX name above a stepped lower graphic. Residential and commercial service labels sit within the lower composition, using changes in tone and spacing to organise the electrical contractor’s message.
Charcoal logo panels and grey geometry complement the silver LUX van.

LUX Electrical rear van graphics
The rear view gives the LUX identity a prominent dark backdrop and separates it from the contact information below. Grey horizontal panels connect the rear arrangement to the side graphics, maintaining the restrained monochrome approach around the vehicle.
A large rear logo anchors the LUX Electrical vehicle design.

LUX Electrical front-quarter branding
The front-quarter view reveals the relationship between the charcoal side panel, service list and angular lower stripe. The silver front remains comparatively open, allowing the larger side branding to become the dominant feature of the vehicle-signage design.
A restrained palette gives this electrical-service van a coordinated appearance.
