Refresh your business interior without a complete fit-out. Assess suitable counters, cabinetry, furniture, doors and selected wall surfaces alongside your signage and brand.
Start with a photo and an idea. We’ll help clarify surface suitability, finishes and the next step.

Update suitable counters, cabinetry, furniture, doors and selected wall surfaces using architectural decorative films. SignSpot can coordinate surface refurbishment with commercial signage and interior branding.
Review reception counters, meeting-room cabinetry, office desks and internal doors as a coordinated palette.
Assess checkout counters, display units and selected fixtures. Plan tenant approvals, access and merchandising around the work.
Consider suitable front desks, room cabinetry and furniture. Identify cleaning routines and high-contact surfaces before film selection.
Confirm compatibility with the actual cleaning and disinfection regime. Decorative film is not a substitute for clinical surface requirements.
Prepare an area-by-area schedule for fit-out surfaces, access, other trades and landlord approvals.
Match finishes to daily use and clear business identification. Consider customer-facing surfaces alongside reception signs and room identification.
Plan a counter finish alongside the identity above it. SignSpot can coordinate architectural wrapping with signage and interior branding, with design support through Vivid Icon. Supply and installation responsibilities are confirmed in your project scope.

View Indus Legal signage · 2 photos →Wrapping changes the visible finish; it does not repair a failing cabinet or structural problem. The substrate, existing coating, edge profile, adhesion, use and exposure must be assessed for the selected film. Swelling, loose laminate, moisture damage or unstable coatings may require repair or replacement first.
Benchtops, splashbacks, floors, wet areas and surfaces exposed to heat are not automatically included. Any proposal for these areas needs specific product and application approval. Request a suitability assessment before committing to a finish.
Explore matte and solid colours, woodgrain, stone and marble effects, metallic finishes and textured architectural films. Compare a physical sample in your lighting before specifying. Pattern direction, joins, edge details and cleaning needs matter as much as the colour.

For multi-area work, identify each surface, its approximate dimensions, current condition and proposed finish. This separates preparation and access costs from the decorative film itself.
Send photographs, approximate dimensions and the project location.
Review surface condition, edges, access and suitable finish samples.
Confirm preparation, coverage, selected film, responsibilities and price.
Arrange the approved installation and receive care guidance for the chosen product.
Access, preparation, removal and refitting, working area and operating hours all affect the programme. We agree installation arrangements after assessment rather than promise a fixed completion time.
Describe appliances, steam, direct water contact and cleaning conditions in your enquiry. These require product-specific review. A moisture-resistant film is not a waterproofing system, and an interior film is not automatically suitable beside a heat source.
The quote reflects measured coverage, surface repairs and preparation, profiles, material use, film selection and installation access. A small, detailed project can require more work than a larger flat panel.
Any applicable product or installation warranty and its conditions must be confirmed in the written quotation. No particular duration or manufacturer-backed warranty is promised on this page.
