THE VISIBILITY NEED
Making the right information noticeable
The project addressed visibility across several site decisions: identifying the business, finding the approach, recognising the office and locating staff parking.
SIGNSPOT’S DESIGN RESPONSE
Hierarchy, contrast and placement
SignSpot used the red-and-black Pro Active identity on white backgrounds throughout the collection. Large red arrows give the parking and approach signs an immediate directional emphasis. A Welcome To heading introduces the entrance panel, and an Office label distinguishes the building sign. The wider fence panel gives contact information its own lower section. Repeated colour, logo placement and simple headings connect the individual signs while allowing each one to perform a different task.
COMPLETED SIGNAGE
The finished signage solution
The completed collection provides business identification and specific directions at multiple points around the premises. The case study concerns site wayfinding and branding, not certification of public-road traffic-control devices.

Pro Active staff-parking direction
The red arrow and white Staff Parking wording form a strong directional band. The company identity sits above it, separating who the site belongs to from where staff should go.
Pro Active staff-parking direction.

Pro Active approach sign
The logo, arrow and address form three clear levels. This view documents the location wording printed on the sign without requiring the website to make a separate claim about a current public address.

Pro Active welcome sign
The Welcome To heading introduces the company identity, with contact information grouped underneath. Open white space around the logo keeps the gate sign focused on arrival and recognition.

Pro Active office sign
A light Office heading and company logo contrast with the dark building surface. The rectangular panel presents identification and contact details together while clearly labelling the building’s function.

Pro Active fence branding
The wider format gives the logo more horizontal space and keeps contact information in a lower band. A grey line graphic frames the composition without replacing the main identity as the focal point.
