Copier Service Company: coordinated showroom and workshop entrance graphics

Office-equipment businesses may have separate customer and service entrances. This project shows how consistent glazing graphics can identify both the company and the purpose of each door.

THE VISIBILITY NEED

Making the right information noticeable

The visibility task was to identify the business at its glazed entrances and distinguish showroom access from workshop access while keeping the information organised around the existing door frames.

SIGNSPOT’S DESIGN RESPONSE

Hierarchy, contrast and placement

SignSpot’s design places the Copier Service Company identity in a large upper panel and gives the supplier branding a separate area. Showroom and Workshop labels identify the relevant doors, while phone, opening and supporting information occupy smaller zones. Blue and white branding works with the dark framing, and translucent lower glazing panels provide a visual screen on the showroom frontage. The three views show how the same information system is adapted to different entrance arrangements.

COMPLETED SIGNAGE

The finished signage solution

The completed entrance graphics connect business identity with the function of each doorway. Branding, contact information and access labels are presented as a coordinated system rather than unrelated window stickers.

Copier Service Company showroom glazing

The upper panel gives the company name its own area above the glazing. Door information and lower screening are arranged within the existing frames, keeping identification separate from supporting entrance details.

Copier Service Company angled entrance view

This angle shows how the logo panels relate to the doorway and adjoining windows. Smaller opening and contact details occupy the door while the upper signage carries the larger business identity.

The Workshop label distinguishes this entrance from the showroom views. The same blue-and-white identity is retained, with contact information arranged down the narrower door panel.
